Naomi Wiley
Naomi has vast experience working in the social sector but has a passion for working in disability. She specialises in working with complex support coordination, families and young people transitioning out of home.
People know Naomi for her great laugh that makes the room feel brighter. When she's not working, Naomi enjoys hiking, gardening, and hanging out with her family.

Ashleigh Hayes
Ashleigh has worked with Adera since its early beginning. Ashleigh specialises in YPIRAC (young people in residential age care), hospital discharge and complex support coordination.
Ashleigh is known for her amazing baking skills. During her spare time she loves exploring nature with her family and getting lost in a good book.

Support Coordinator, Recovery Coach, Social Work
Kylie Terrey
Kylie specialises working with children and families, neurodiversity, and psychosocial recovery coaching. She takes great pleasure in assisting NDIS participants in setting up their plans and exploring innovative ways to utilize them effectively.
​
People admire her for being such a good listener and for her exceptional ability to connect with others. In her free time, Kylie enjoys walking her dogs on the beach and being with her family.

Support Coordinator, Quality improvement officer
Kim Richardson
Kim has worked with Adera and continued to broaden her interest in the disability space. Kim's specialisation is working with with young people, families and people with neurological conditions.
​
Kim is known for her exceptional organisational skills and her ability to create systems to assist with simplifying complex processes. In her spare time, Kim enjoys gardening, photography and spending time with her husband.
Kim is currently on maternity leave.

Support coordinator, Intake officer
Kelly Crollick
Kelly's specialty is supporting people with physical disability's. Coming from an education background Kelly uses her skills to advocate and educate people about their rights. Kelly also supports the Adera team by facilitating any referral requests.

Kelly is known for her sly sense of humour. During her time off Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids, going to live shows and playing with her dogs.

Nikki Dunn
Nikki has experience working in age care and disability support so has first hand knowledge of the complexities required in care arrangements.

Nikki is known for her down to earth nature and her big laugh. Nikki loves getting to spend time with her 2 dogs and getting to spend time with her 2 almost adult boys and her husband.

Dave Probert
Dave is a saving grace behind the Adera team. Dave wrangles with all the back end processes such as service agreements, invoicing, dealing with PRODA/PACE and assisting the Adera team with any IT issues.

Dave is known for his incredible patience and ability to work through complex problems. In his spare time is an avid gamer.

Junior Admin
Chloe Bays
Chloe works with us one afternoon a week to support the Adera team with general office Admin. Chloe has an incredible ability to spot discrepancies in our paperwork and completes any other odd jobs that need to be completed in the office.

Chloe is known for her love of ducks and crazy hats.
