Adera is a small team offering support coordination, social work, psychosocial recovery coaching and professional supervision on the Sunshine Coast.

We recognise the vital role that community plays in the lives of people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves to be part of a supportive and inclusive community that values diversity, fosters connections, and promotes a sense of belonging.

We work to build strong relationships with community organisations, service providers, and local networks to help our clients access the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive. We believe that by creating a sense of community and connectedness, we can help our clients achieve their goals, build meaningful relationships, and live fulfilling lives. We are committed to working collaboratively with our clients and their families, as well as the broader community, to ensure that everyone has access to the support they need to reach their full potential. 

SOCIAL WORK 


As social workers we provide support to individuals, families, and communities facing challenges through counseling, case management, advocacy, and community outreach, with the goal of promoting social justice and improving well-being. We are committed to helping people overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY COACHING

Psychosocial recovery coaches, support individuals with mental health conditions in their recovery journey. We will work you to develop a personalized plan, identify strengths and goals, and provide tools and strategies to improve your well-being and achieve your recovery goals.

PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

Adera offers professional supervision to social workers and disability support workers in a supportive and confidential space for professionals to reflect on their work, build self-awareness, and enhance their skills and knowledge.
